I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the city center and just steps away from the underground. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and helpful staff, especially Eric the manager who went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The room was spacious and well equipped with amenities like a mini-bar and in-room safe. The hotel also had a wonderful restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in November. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, with the subway close by and many of the city's main attractions within walking distance. The breakfast at the New York cafe was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the view from the terrace on the upper floors.
The radio in the room was of poor quality and there were no other options for playing music.

Great sized apartment, well equipped for two of us. Perfect location, just minutes from the Metro and a short ride to downtown. Easy access to trams and buses. The room was soundproofed with effective air conditioning. Aldi nearby for convenient and affordable groceries. Pleasant and helpful staff. Enjoyed the freedom of staying in an apartment. would recommend. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
